With my growth as a Nutritionist / Dietician in Delhi, experience in the diet and nutrition field I came across many people with different ideas to achieve their desired body, but what I concluded is that a healthy and desired body can only be achieved and sustained with complete nutrition and balanced physical activity routine. Only we have the power to change our body composition with correct guidance about food and nutrition. Moreover, any major medical condition is caused only by a small unfavorable change that is later aggravated with our niche ignorance as well as our short-term treatments.
