I am a Nutritionist and health expert. I have dedicated my 3 years of life as a dietician to help people like you to get the real picture of Dieting and sustainable healthy body weight. With my growth as a Nutritionist / Dietician in Delhi, experience in the diet and nutrition field I came across many people with different ideas to achieve their desired body, but what I concluded is that a healthy and desired body can only be achieved and sustained with complete nutrition and balanced physical activity routine.
